Online Order Response Time

Each online order is assigned to a dedicated furniture consultant to make sure you get the service you deserve and the products that are right for you. Your furniture consultant will contact you within 24 to 48 hours to confirm product availability & options, delivery days, and to address any concerns you may have about your online purchase.

Online Order Delivery & Pickup Options

Professional Delivery includes:

  • Call ahead timing. Delivery personnel will call you 30-minutes before your furniture is going to be delivered to let you know that it’s on the way.
  • In-home placement. Tell us what room your furniture should be in and how you’d like it set up. We'll make sure it's in the right place.
  • Assembly. Our delivery personnel handle all of the hard work. You don't need confusing instructions, extra tools, or friends to help you out. Please note: assembly is not included with customer pick-ups.
  • Removal of packaging. You don't need to worry about cleaning up either. We'll take away any packaging materials.
  • Final inspection. Once assembled, we'll make sure that your furniture is in excellent condition and ready for you to enjoy.
  • One-year in-home service warranty included with your purchase.

Merchandise Delivery Terms and Conditions

  • All balances must be paid for or finance approved prior to scheduling delivery.
  • Our delivery department will confirm your delivery two days prior to the scheduled date.
  • Special time requests for delivery cannot be honored.
  • You will be given a 2-hour window if you are scheduled for Tuesday through Friday. Saturday appointments require all day availability.
  • Have your room delivery ready. Our insurance does not permit our drivers to move your furniture or electronics.
  • Any warranty claims including wood damage and missing parts must be reported within 5 days from delivery.
  • Merchandise returned under our 7 day Return Policy will be charged a 15% return/reselection fee and a delivery charge. Return policy is not applicable to special orders, clearance and floor sample merchandise, bedding, accessories, and adjustable bedframes.
  • Canceling/rescheduling delivery within 3 business days of the scheduled date will result in a $50.00 handling fee.
  • Delivery is a non-refundable service. Not at homes or no-fit orders will be charged a redelivery fee.
  • Delivery includes one year in home service, including parts and labor against manufacturer's defects.

Merchandise Pick-up Terms and Conditions

  • No COD's on pick-ups. All pick-ups must be paid in full before a pickup date can be scheduled.
  • Select Store Location pick-up hours are: Tuesday through Saturday from 12:00pm - 7:00pm (No Pick-ups on Sunday or Monday.)
  • All merchandise must be picked up on the assigned day or it is subject to be returned to our Corporate Distribution Center.
  • Customer assembly is required on most merchandise.
  • ID is required along with this receipt for pickup. Merchandise will only be given to the person named on the receipt unless otherwise noted on the original sales order.
  • Customer must have an appropriate vehicle to pick up their merchandise. Wolf Furniture employees are here to assist you in loading your merchandise but are not permitted to secure anything down onto your vehicle.
  • Customer must inspect all merchandise prior to loading it into their vehicle and will sign that they received the merchandise in good condition. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours.
  • In the event that service or exchange is needed, the customer is responsible for transportation of the merchandise back to the pickup location. Service or exchange is at the discretion of Wolf Furniture.
  • Merchandise returned under 7-day Return Policy must be returned in original condition & carton. All returns will be charged a 15% return/reselection fee. Return policy is not applicable to special orders, clearance and floor sample merchandise, bedding, accessories, and adjustable bedframes.

If you plan to pick up your merchandise, our warehouse personnel will assist you with inspection of your items and in loading your vehicle. It is your responsibility to ensure that your items are properly secured.

Furniture may be shipped in factory cartons and may require some customer assembly.

To receive no-charge Warranty Service on the furniture you pick up, you are responsible for returning it to our warehouse.

Online Order Return Policy

Please contact us by email at within 24 hours of pickup or delivery to initiate a return. All returns are subject to the following conditions:

  • Our stocked merchandise may be returned within 7 days of pick-up or delivery with a 15% restocking/return fee and a one-time reselection will be offered.
  • Delivery is a service and your original delivery fee is non-refundable.
  • A pick-up/redelivery fee will be applied to all returns and reselections.
  • Accessories may be returned within 48 hours from time of pick-up or delivery.
  • Wolf's Furniture will repair any manufacturer defect for a period of one year from delivery date.
  • If you choose to return merchandise that was delivered, it will be picked up on the next available Tuesday through Friday delivery date. Saturday delivery is not available on returns.
  • If you choose to return merchandise that was picked up, it must be returned to any Wolf's Furniture Store or Distribution Center within 7 days of your original pick-up date.
  • Exclusions: Special Orders, Clearance/Wolf's Outlet, As-is, Floor Samples, Lift Chairs, Merchandise that is soiled/stained or has evidence of pet hair, Mattress protectors, Close-outs, Bedding, Adjustable Bedframes.
  • Refunds will be given in the form of the original payment. If payment was made by check or cash, a refund check will be mailed within 7-10 days of cancellation from the Corporate Office.

Special Order Terms and Conditions

  • Special Orders are not subject to cancellation. A 50% deposit is required and is not refundable.
  • Verify the Style and Color of your merchandise on your Sales Order.
  • Average delivery time is 8 to 12 weeks. Some manufacturers may take longer. Wolf Furniture is not responsible for any fabric and/or cutting delays from our manufacturers.
  • Delivery must be scheduled within 30 days of arrival into our Distribution Center.
  • When changing fabric, understand that the feel, texture, and seating will be affected and may not be identical to the floor sample.
  • If the merchandise does not fit during delivery, it cannot be canceled or refused. Verify that it will fit prior to placing the order.
  • If the merchandise arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, we will send out a service technician under the terms of our warranty. No exchanges.

While many of the items in this catalog section of our website are on display in our store and in stock, many items are only available by special order. Your furniture consultant will advise you of the lead time for online orders. Or you may contact us for availability information before making a purchase.

Product Appearance & Color Matching

Colors in product images may vary based on your device/monitor and lighting conditions. The grain and coloration of natural wood products will vary from piece to piece. If you have specific concerns regarding product color, texture, size, or quality please visit your local showroom.
