However the wonderful sales rep Jane S. had amazing ideas for dining rooms and suggested getting something else to go along with the table just so the room feels warmer and I ended up getting a wine cabinet sever piece and love it! By far the best furniture buying experience we've ever had. Spent a lot of time shopping around. Christie was fantastic. The only downside was the fact that we live about 15 miles outside of the delivery range. Despite the website saying you deliver to our address, we had it delivered to our friends house and had to rent a truck to get it home. The comfort and look made the trouble worth it. My only suggestion is to update your website so it isn't misleading. We have already told several friends about Wolf.

She did not try to pressure us for a purchase, she offered comparisons to other styles and brands, she really made us feel we wanted to make the purchase. I just want to say that Makelle was wonderful! My mother and I were both shopping for new couches and Makelle was kind and patient with us both. She spent some time with us in the store and when we told her we would continue window shopping at a couple of other stores, she gave us her business card and asked us to stop in when we made our decisions. We went back to Gardiner Wolf (both my Mom and I choose the same couch!) and Makelle was about to leave for the day, but instead, she called home and said she'd be late and she took her time with us while we decided on fabrics for our couches and pillows. My Mom and I were both impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. We encouraged her to head home, but she stayed with us until our orders were completed. Please tell her for us how much we appreciated her and we'll remember her when we shop for furniture/household items in future.
